RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY (Domino Wears)

REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 - APPLICABILITY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) has been written for buyers and customers of Domino Wears e-commerce store. This includes all customers from all over the world and wherever we are going to ship our products. The products/items bought from our website can be exchanged under certain conditions. Please make sure that you understand our policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. This policy has been written using simple language and simple words. No relaxation of any kind will be awarded to you if you have been unable to understand any terms or rules of this policy. In case of confusion make sure to e-mail us as soon as possible.

SECTION 2 – RETURN, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

a) Cancellations

A buyer can get the whole refund by cancelling the order before the shipment is processed and the whole amount of the buyer will be returned. The processing of item can take upto 3 days. After shipment has been processed and the item is in transit the order cannot be cancelled.

b) Return

After the item has been delivered the buyer has the option to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. The buyer can either ask for exchange or refund. The refund will be made either in store credit/coupon or money refund. In case of money refund the whole amount will be refunded into the buyer’s original method of payment.

c) Exchanges

We offer exchanges on purchased items. For the purpose of exchange one of these reasons must be met in order to initiate your item return for exchange.

If the item’s size is different, is too small, or too large, you can initiate the return.

ii.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the item. A manufacturing defect is a deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a product's defect, frailty, or shortcoming. These defects usually occur at the time of product construction.

iii.

If you want to change the pattern, color, outlook, design and size of the product you can return the item.

SECTION 3 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and should not be dirty, torn, or odoured and all the tags, stickers along other accessories must be intact.

All returns must have been bought from Domino Wears. If you do not have your purchase proof, the exchange will not be possible.

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Policy.

Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect present in the item customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us.

SECTION 4 - TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, no exchanges or refunds will be possible. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.

SECTION 5 - AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an
e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your item will be exchanged with the desired item from our stock.

SECTION 6 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons underwear items and socks cannot be exchanged.
